...re is no job security if u are on bench for 2-3 months u will be on loss of pay. They wont fire u but they will not provide u salary also. Managment is also very poor.

... a billable project, then u are safe. Otherwise u will be always In danger zone. They even give massive loss of pay to their employees in bench. Having no project is not the issue of employees. Company should get the projects and occupy their employees. Its the responsibility of the higher management. And hike will be less than 1%. Literally u need to beg ur managers for leaves.

Work life balance, no hike, ill treating employees. Massive loss of pay for being benched employees. Partiality. No work from home.

12to13hrs work, wo extra hrs pay, salary hike also max1% if you are not having promotion, which happens once in 3to5 yrs. Appraisal also will be given how good connection you have with Boss, ork performance is secondary. MYZONE is the greatest eyewash in the name of performance review.
