Ac paid bus. Good food at reasonable cost.

No social life. No hike because of covid. Only 50% of variable pay during covid. No lockdown. No work from home. All Saturday's working. Never heard of team outings. Have to do mandatory OT everyday without being paid for it.

Its a good place to work and settle as a civil engineer.

Dislikes

Being a civil engineer, salary is too low compared to other IT Engineers. L&T being one of the pioneer in Civil Industry should break the chain and become an example for the industry as a best paying company to their employees.

No direct contact between management and project site execution member. All are systemised, in which no personal recognition of individual is there if immediate supervisor does'nt like you.
