Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.

Likes

Only job security and other benefits was good for staff such as TEMS claim, medical insurance for self and family persons.

Dislikes

Salary was very less for old employees no proper increment for old employees. HR was also have poor mindset for all employees, senior management also not supporting for junior staff .

Likes

As a Diploma Mechanical Engineer this company is very good for anyone. A healthy salary also given timely. Others facilities (LTA, PLR, Medical, Accommodation, canteen etc.) also provides by this company. You can get opportunities to learn about new technologies by given training once or more in a year by this company. But you have to work more than 12 hours. Sometimes you will go in frustration. It's may be tolerable for bachelor but not for family person. Otherwise this company is good for freshers.

Dislikes

Working hours is more than 12 hours. Pick up and drop facilities also not so far good in construction division.

It's a great place for the freshers to learn new things and develop their skills and a great place to work.

Dislikes

The salary and benefits are bit lower in my opinion and work life balance can be better and the work culture is like not so good not so bad.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming acrade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
