As a Diploma Mechanical Engineer this company is very good for anyone. A healthy salary also given timely. Others facilities (LTA, PLR, Medical, Accommodation, canteen etc.) also provides by this company. You can get opportunities to learn about new technologies by given training once or more in a year by this company. But you have to work more than 12 hours. Sometimes you will go in frustration. Working hours is more than 12 hours. Pick up and drop facilities also not so far good in construction division.

Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.
