As a Diploma Mechanical Engineer this company is very good for anyone. A healthy salary also given timely. Others facilities (LTA, PLR, Medical, Accommodation, canteen etc.) also provides by this company. You can get opportunities to learn about new technologies by given training once or more in a year by this company. But you have to work more than 12 hours. Sometimes you will go in frustration. It's may be tolerable for bachelor but not for family person. Otherwise this company is good for freshers.

Working hours is more than 12 hours. Pick up and drop facilities also not so far good in construction division.

Training period is very poor, job security very poor.

Work environment is very bad, more politics at job sites, not excepting salary, more working job timings, not like working culture, not very poor facilities, more torchre works.

PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.
