Starting phase as a GET/PGET CTC is less but learning opportunities are there.

...peanuts amounts. talking about specifically HE IC.. other IC have handsome PLR.. HE IC is biggest looting IC they do manipulation all the time in name of promotion or increment in salary.

As a Diploma Mechanical Engineer this company is very good for anyone. A healthy salary also given timely. Others facilities (LTA, PLR, Medical, Accommodation, canteen etc.) also provides by this company. You can get opportunities to learn about new technologies by given training once or more in a year by this company. But you have to work more than 12 hours. Sometimes you will go in frustration. It's may be tolerable for bachelor but not for family person. Otherwise this company is good for freshers.

Working hours is more than 12 hours. Pick up and drop facilities also not so far good in construction division.

Good management, also working at site with proper planning. All staffs are working with a bond also help with each other. It’s very good environment for working in L& T.

No any facility given to TPR staff, also salary is coming late. No increment for TPR staffs.

Wipro is very good organisation since its invirment is good they. Donot force is work on weekends neither out the shift it has fixed off and shift

Very less pay scale for fresher compared to other organization's
