Flexibilt of job security was a serious concern and companies global and financial problems led to lack of projects due to which I lost my 5 year old job Company should improve its financial position in global development which would also benefit the employed workers

Colleague & senior was friendly. Salary on time. There was no tension regarding accomodation & travelling as I was project engineer.

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture

PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.
