Some top TFL Staff member not support to l&t staff and taken bribe from client this type of incidents happened with me.we have given all clarification and have been found self neat & clean even some TFL Staff member has try to dismissed / terminate me from organization on putting wrong statement behalf me in our HQ it has been totally wrong with me.

Individual wise responsibility, separate departments for executing separate works, job security, timely payment of salary.

Some managers wants to run the show as per their requirements which top management also agrees. Even after being a construction company where site people has to face a lot of issues, management took much time for resolution of problems.

Job security, no one can touch you even doing just time pass at site. There are giving good salary from market standards. You will be own responsible for your job, no one intrupt you.

Work and life balance is very poor because of you are overloaded to job. Without working hours you are doing job on call. Our incharge call you extra hour and ask about job. 12 house duty and 2 house traveling.. 14 house of work

Contract basic system not satisfied and this contract period so many people life career spoil any time your are your contract period finished you told engineer is scared and working not secured the job.
