Benifit and salary structure is good for ne comer, who switches from another company or GET,PGET.

Dislikes

Culture implementation at site level is not upto the mark what top management shows in upper level. Management now doesn't support in lower level or site management because of much digital implementation system.

Company policies are very good for staffs, working in team is good, salary is credited timely. But appraisals are quitely biased, salary hike,promotions and bonus are all dependent on appraisal which is biased, Office, accommodations, transport facilities and other benefits are good.

Dislikes

Management is not transparent about appraisal policy, career growth is slow in some place,on job training is not sufficient.

Politics and Groups, Buttering is must for promotions and increments and not actual work or contribution. Endless brag abut past glory and nothing in present. Role of HR is NIL. No work life balance and lack of vision

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

12to13hrs work, wo extra hrs pay, salary hike also max1% if you are not having promotion, which happens once in 3to5 yrs. Appraisal also will be given how good connection you have with Boss, ork performance is secondary. MYZONE is the greatest eyewash in the name of performance review.
