Job security,work culture management are very bed in the project of Runj dam project Team mate and supporting management very bed not transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent and late but career growth is nothing (very slowly)

Colleague & senior was friendly. Salary on time. There was no tension regarding accomodation & travelling as I was project engineer.

Dislikes

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture

Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.
