Salary package is not up to the mark on comparing with other MNCs. Work life balance is not good, actual timings are more than 12 hours and even on Sunday Engineer has to work at site without OT facility. L&T Construction is reluctant to give home posting to an Engineer. Leaves are enough but it depends on your boss to get it approved & sometimes you may not get your own leave when you have urgency.

PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.
