... joining date as the faridabad office was clueless and not ready to do anything. When I finally joined I worked on basic pay and worked long hours and was paid next to nothing while my boss and other managers gave 0 intructions, expected miracles and gave no direction for anything. I always felt threatened there as I was still young then and felt scarred to speak out but now I'm experienced and informed. This pathetic Lala company should be shown it's place for how it treats its employees. From start to finish they didn't stop harassing me. I quit some 5 years ago and at the time they kept The PRovident Fund amount Held in cash for Graduate Trainee. To this day I have emailed the respective office to send me the paperwork or guide to incash it but have received 0 responses and gave up on ever receiving thr amount owed to be years ago. Pathetic. Spare yourself and join a multinational that doesn't treat you like an indian slave but a human.

...hey are not given just saying anything and extending that discussion day by day. After appraisal also there will be difference in salary they are providing less salary. Manager also not resolving queries 3-4 months.

1. Worst management 2. Rude manager with hard spoken languages. 3. You ll get Low salary if you not negotiate well with HR you be clown when you see your colleagues salary for same cadre. 4. Your role will be assigned by management even though your education related to it. (This things won't be said in interview). 5. Long working hours without pay and food.

Some top TFL Staff member not support to l&t staff and taken bribe from client this type of incidents happened with me.we have given all clarification and have been found self neat & clean even some TFL Staff member has try to dismissed / terminate me from organization on putting wrong statement behalf me in our HQ it has been totally wrong with me.
