People don't leave the organization they leave their managers. Banking culture, daily grilling, managers don't have ground level knowledge, no conveyance.

No leadership role. No perfect trainings. State head remains always in ego and has nothing to add up in system or employee to increase the potential. No mentorship, no accountability and RH also remains in cave until there is kick from central team.

The appraisal process need much more improvement and deserving candidates are continuing in same performance level year and year hence it hampers the growth in salary. The salary is very less and the major part of appreciation is shared with only the outstanding performers. And growth of salary is also very less comparatively to current market conditions. Compensation of all benefits are also not given and mostly shared with top performers.
