...nt of Great place to work. There is Teamwork, safe working culture,. 7. Organisation delivers salary, all appraisals, bonus etc. on time. 8. There is no discrepancy in the organisation. 9. There is a feeling of FAMILY in the Organisation. 10. Self is working with the organisation for last 15 years and can’t think of any other company. No other construction organisation is comparable to L&T.

Innovative ideas accepted by the management but it depends upon individual project head

Bed working culture,people used abusive language to their subordinates.Non transparency in appraisal system,low salary compare to market.

This above company running only for bengalis and odissa state people. Not for tamilians... So i hate this cuck couple l&T culture.

Appraisal system, Once you got vital, even if proved your results also getting good appraisal very difficult, so you will not get good salary. Huge difference.

Promotions are largely determined by your relationship with the manager, and you're expected to always agree with their decisions (Manager Decision) , regardless of how much work you’re already handling. There’s little regard for the effort you put in; everything is considered urgent, and the expectation is that tasks be completed the same day, no matter how many hours it takes. Disagreeing with management can lead to workplace politics, which can result in delays or denials of things like timely leave or meals and harrassment. There is clear favoritism between permanent and contractual employees, especially when it comes to leave and accommodation. Site engineers and third-party employees are had to work at least 14 hours a day (despite HR policy stating 12 hours), including Sundays, without additional pay or leave adjustments. Office hours are strictly from 8:30 AM, with no official end time. Only your in-time is recorded by the employer, not your out-time. Cost-cutting measures are mostly applied to site staff, while managers enjoy all the benefits. The harsh reality of the company becomes apparent only after you join. This is the situation in the construction industry.
