It's a team work in the projects. Salary is good. According to the individual performance the appraisal is reflecting. Working lifestyle is good. Environment is not so bad.

No. I am very much like my company, but at the same time I asked transfer from Delhi to chennai, bangalore or hyderabad but they were not allowed. That's why I was resigned. Now I am working small company in chennai, even my company again called me, definitely I will rejoin that's it.

1) appraisal system very bad. 2) in-hand salary is too low as compair to other organization. 3) many deductions in CTC when comes in-hand. 4) basic salary is too low even less then skill labor. 5) yearly increment is usually 2-3 % of gross CTC only.
