1) appraisal system very bad. 2) in-hand salary is too low as compair to other organization. 3) many deductions in CTC when comes in-hand. 4) basic salary is too low even less then skill labor. 5) yearly increment is usually 2-3 % of gross CTC only.

...nity to work here, everythings in a system, no compromise in Quality and safety. Salary on time. Seniors have good knowledge of work.

Some times unusual work pressure effects on work life balance.

Good Growth & compensation not for all, depends upon rating and rating depends on relationship with Project head not performance. Now L&T Construction is controlled by Finance not Technical

Salary is best in industry Medical coverage is best HR is good and helpful

Work life balance is low Some people do less work and still get away with good appraisal. Pressure for work is always very high

The compony is distribute a salary to employee in every month end without delay. The compony has developed and become a multinational compony. I enjoyed work in Larsen & Toubro ltd.

Dislikes

Job security is not provided by compony . The responsivity of given to employee is insufficient and utilization of staff is very poor.
