...als are based on your ability to impress your manager through words n not work Increments are meagre because of their salary structure above M1A cadre where you will get your raise on the retention amount in once in 4 years. Plus rating 8/8 gives a good raise , but 7 below ratings in which 95 percentage of people fall have meagure increases Saturday working and punch in time are worst part of this company

...re is no job security if u are on bench for 2-3 months u will be on loss of pay. They wont fire u but they will not provide u salary also. Managment is also very poor.
