Pure hierarchical Structure No or minimal scope for new ideas or innovation. Lagging in catch hold of technological advancements Very poor salary compared to peer companies No WFH or hybrid culture. No work life balance at all.

1. Retention of money(salary) at convented level ( either leave salary/ appraisal at the time of resignation) 2. Appraisal should be each financial year but here no accountability for April to October( no arrears now) 3. For type of work is not defined etc (Clerical work is more important rather core work ) Being a reputed leading construction company outside, company is eating employees salary inside.

Here rating system is too bad.. everything training,salary,bonus all are depends on rating. Huge salry difference between same experience people ,even juniors getting lot more salary than seniors as per rating, that only demotivate people.

very bad , boring, stressful work culture . they will encourage late sitting hours in office until you finish your work. . Not a transparent evaluation .You will lose your personal & social life.

Colleague & senior was friendly. Salary on time. There was no tension regarding accomodation & travelling as I was project engineer.

Dislikes

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture
