No appreciation get properly, no bonus upto the mark, appraisals are average. Lot of politics in management's system , no job security and in this pandamic situation they leave me and where is job security in this company and even they not seen my 8 year experience and after 8 years of work. Atleast Company not given or extended duration also .

People don't leave the organization they leave their managers. Banking culture, daily grilling, managers don't have ground level knowledge, no conveyance.

Nothing except the salary coming on time

No leadership role. No perfect trainings. State head remains always in ego and has nothing to add up in system or employee to increase the potential. No mentorship, no accountability and RH also remains in cave until there is kick from central team.
