Promotions are largely determined by your relationship with the manager, and you're expected to always agree with their decisions (Manager Decision) , regardless of how much work you’re already handling. There’s little regard for the effort you put in; everything is considered urgent, and the expectation is that tasks be completed the same day, no matter how many hours it takes. Disagreeing with management can lead to workplace politics, which can result in delays or denials of things like timely leave or meals and harrassment. There is clear favoritism between permanent and contractual employees, especially when it comes to leave and accommodation. Site engineers and third-party employees are had to work at least 14 hours a day (despite HR policy stating 12 hours), including Sundays, without additional pay or leave adjustments. Office hours are strictly from 8:30 AM, with no official end time. Only your in-time is recorded by the employer, not your out-time. Cost-cutting measures are mostly applied to site staff, while managers enjoy all the benefits. The harsh reality of the company becomes apparent only after you join. This is the situation in the construction industry.

...work with L&T as except 1-2 criteria L&T is Very good company for the employees. never Miss the opportunity to works with L&T & not even hesitate if offering lower package as overall company culture is good.

Compensation & benefits can be considered as lower point , As company will not disclose anything related to this just you have to accept what ever they will serve as benefits without any questions , sometime you feel you are getting calculative excel base performance rather than valuing employee base.

working in l&t sufin like frustration, you not only have sales targets but also you responsible for searching requirment for your customers if you taking subscription, no online enquiry concepts, loan and finance target, logistics, onboarding, catalogue, transection of buyer seller targets, total banking culture beacuse all the senior managements are belongs from banking and finance sectors, no appraisal 2-3% increment only they give you 500 rs increment after year
