...g and fake deadlines to create pressure. Filthy politics by the department head. No defined role and exploitation to get the work of contract managers also done at meager salary. Salary and benefits are much lower than the industry standards. Pathetic leave and HR policies. Extreme bias when it comes to promotions and appraisals. Unnecessary grading system which delays one's progress in the long run.

Facilities like Cab and food for people working in shifts is great. Free coupons to take certifications is very useful and amazing

Appraisals were given very late and were even not great. No/late bonus at times. Management could be better.

Ask any site people before joining. Confirm your take home salary by written from HR. Every year your take home salary got decreased. Rude Managers. No work life balance. 14 hours job. Don't know how it is a greate place to work. Not employee friendly company Employee retention rate is very low.

Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.
