Outdated systems and procedures Bureaucracy is very high Partiality and politics is also very high. Your success is luck here though you are capable. Slow career growth. Not recommended for more than 2 years as they threaten you to transfer if there are any arguments or by mistake you have hurt the ego of your boss.

Contract is for only 6 months after that they are moving to bench. Appraisal they are providing only 0.7-1.2% which is equal to nothing. 1. Annual increment is very low and there is no transperancy in annual performance review. Typically in between 2-5% of CTC. 2. Working Hours for Hazira Site is comparatively higher . I.e. 9 hrs and only alternate Saturday is off. 3. Transportation services (Busses) provided by company is Non-Ac and Mostly dirty (No regular washing). Even the traffic in Hazira during office is very traffic. 4. Quarterly Retention Policy for Mid and senior level position. Good portion is covered in QRP which paid quarterly if you are not on notice pay during payment date. 5. Leave police for causal leave is very tricky.
