... whole life. There is a lot of politics & management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow, company owner is not professional person, always used bad words to staff as well as labours

During the job timing i have noted, too good job security, work culture, management, company policies overall too good here according to me because one the best reasons there people are co-oprative like family to each and every person.
