Nothing more specific which is good for LLF. Work culture is hectic. Founder is always involve in micro management. He don't have any vision. Please do not join LLF. Insecurity of jobs. They terminate employee immediately without giving notice period.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional culture. They don't give you leave. Work life balance is hectic in LLF. Senior and Mid management have poor behaviour.

First, poor talent management, very few opportunity to perform, disparity in salary on people who are working in the same profile Poor management, employee forced to work late hours even at 2-3 Am at night and their performance judged on the basis of judges on the basis of quantity, but not the quality of work Poor communication, centralised work structure, no respect for new ideas and innovation Feedback mechanism is very absurd, level of politics is very high,

Job security is decided on every year with your performance. Work culture is always updated provided training. Management is also very good. Company policies are flexible.

Looking forward self as well as LLF growth.

They motivated all the teachers and mould and enlarged the teacher's knowledge. Managements were very supportive.

Dislikes

My dislike at LLF is timing. Because timing is not followed in proper. And there was lack of theme in meeting agenda. Because sometimes more repetition themes.
