Irresponsible and Lazy seniors gives you lot of opportunity to learn as you will be often thrown in to un-charted waters. If you succeed, credit goes to management. If you fail, you will be all lone. Always inspires you to give your best in this manner, but do not expect any recognition.

1. Frequent changing of strategies at the leadership levels which leads to confusion among the lower level. Lacks proper communication to convey the same. 2.
