This Anil Mehta Is a thief .. he commits one salary figure to unsuspecting applicants and then gives a much lower figure in writing after some days. These people have no scruples, no values, no morals and no ethics. Stay away from these cheap cheaters and don't deal with anyone from this company, especially the liar Anil Mehta.

Slow promotion, no proper goal or vision , same work doing in repeat mode from years Frequent changes without clear communication , no any training or knowledge sharing for current technology, all the wrong decision or work done by only ground team and HO team is always right , no appreciation for work which you do beyond your KRA.

Also some people are very old in system which are with over package and couldn't promote juniors after 5 years of service also. For domination everyone will be there through mails and what's app groups. But o appreciation give to juniors. RO and HO employees having more benifits and fun activities. Warehouse people having limited access to fum activities. No more festive celebrations in warehouse. As they always give reason about having budget issues.
