In festive seasons l we cant celebrate that time feel where we work, even family ask why you are not on leave , such time we can not given any answer, they want to come with & celebrate festival with us, is ask about timing some time work 12hr & above, a csr growth not founding they work such a long time still they work.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10 -13 hours straight in a Day as I have attended client in the evening and sometimes late in the night
