Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is very very rigid and one sided, till the time you do what you are asked to do - it is your company. The day you ask questions they behave weird and closed to any suggestions. The company is full of one sided downloads, The way to succeed is be a yes sir and you are always responsible for your experience and you will be liked. You are exploited till you are worn out. That is the culture across the world. Very sorry to say that they don't regard people who work for them when in difficulty.... More to write but bottomline is never work for them. Good programs participate take value and move on
