The company is very very rigid and one sided, till the time you do what you are asked to do - it is your company. The day you ask questions they behave weird and closed to any suggestions. The company is full of one sided downloads, The way to succeed is be a yes sir and you are always responsible for your experience and you will beliked. You are exploited till you are worn out.
