Good Salary Package, Timely Salary, HR Policy Clean and Clear. Never seen such a big company and so many people and always taken care empathetically. Thanks for making me a better human. Had to shift out of Kol so left else would never leave such Promotors.

the babu culture, their director consider himself king of the world and humiliates its employees, and does not give respect to anyone

Work-Life balance, If you are good enough then your job is secured

Dislikes

Not much growth and opportunity, No training, Infrastructure is very poor, No employee benefits (No tea, coffee, health insurance policy), ACs do not work often etc.

The best that I love about the company is the work environment and the management is very cooperative in all ways. At times I was late the understood my problem to accomodate. Excellent exposure to work. Company is 1000+ Crore company and so much to learn internally. The team and work environment is too good. Amake bhalo lege che. Amake decision nite & Inddependence sikheye diyeche. Lucky to come in touch with such organisation.

The Company is on Growing path and doing excellent for itself. Theres so much to learn in terms of Manufacturing and Exports, Accounts and Finance. The company has taken good care for each ones family and enriching the well being and upliftment of its employees.
