All is good but head staff behave very poor,misebehave talk,rude language inresponible service manager,or general manager talking to bad.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing.on the job training is not given to new joinees

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
