If you don’t have any references & known person in this company you can learn work because they don’t give lot of work to known person due to reference.

The salaries are very low, they won't give appraisals and there are a lot of partialities. In the company, 90% of employees are relatives only.

Yeah , I Learned Many thing better than Labs in our college days , I came up from Basic knowledge to very high level engineer from LIDIPL
