Deducts salary for applied leaves, no casual leaves, sick leaves even after confirmation and also if late by 5 minutes. Half day leaves are also deducted. No freedom to talk or eat or move. Restricted to the desk and laptop. Saturdays are to be half days but are not and if you work on a holiday there is no compensation.
