Nothing. start reading "Dislike" section, it will be fun and horrifying.

Dislikes

...mply hire someone, take chance if he/she can perform and later fire immediately. If you are 5 mins late your half day salary will be deducted. You resign giving full notice you don't get any Full and Final. No PF deductions though company do have more then 12 employee (govt norms). If you counter your manager your salary will get on hold for next few months. You are not allowed to have tea more then twice/day. There is serious capping on that. Though you are working, someone will come and switch off all the fans, light, ACs to save electricity. Lifts can be only used by the owner and his sons. If you are 5 mins late in lunch time, next moment you'll get a mail to all HO employee specifically pointing out your name. Girls cannot wear anything of their choice (people start judging and commenting). Job security is zero, they forcefully ask people to resign compensating with 2 month salaries, and once they resign they don't get even a single rupee. Highly unprofessional people. No increment in salaries. Seen people working for 5 -7 years with same salary at what they have joined. Partiality in the compensation offering and increments offer. Favourism prevails at very large. Ecommerce is handled by 22 yrs old kid (owner's son) who don't even know a shit and he handle everything (he is a god there, you cannot explain him anything no logical explanations how things work but is is sole Apollo. PS. he do dictate/dominate and make decisions over the E-com heads (who do carry more then 20-30 years of experience), can loose his cool and start shouting anytime, call anyone in late hours 11 or 12 in night among many of this traits. Everyone is frustrated with him. Overall company is dictated by single person Mr. X, and all the decision from consumption of bottles, shutting of lifts to save electricity, consumption of Tea to making AOP of offline and online is made by him. He is whole and sole decision maker hence company is struggling. Also, company don't have funds. Offline is at slight profits (with 70 store). They dont clear the bills for the services. Have seen people who keep on coming for the clearing of their dues. Also, Ecommerce is at very vast deficit (wont reveal the figures). This all is due to non democratize power, bad decision maker, lack of skills of higher management and list goes on and on. For the fun have made a list of all the people who have been fired (only in HO) in last 4 years. With total strength on 40-45 backend people the count is 60. Its actually a good space to work in without the staff it is having right now.Good interior s decorated with hand painted wall and window display. You get a seating space and a good tailoring unit.

Lakshita fashion is the worst company ever in my life no job security too much bossism by munish he is an operation manager no HR policy its a total LALA company the only good thing in this company is the owner mr. Sachin kharbanda as a human he is very nice and gentle but the operation manager munish is freaking out of his mind he is thinking that this company is his fathers company no permanent assign task whenever they need they will change your designation no PF no other benifits 6 days working no govt holidays they are treating there employees as a slave do not work here.
