I have wrost experience ever in lakme saloon Vinmra khand Lucknow they offer me rupee 10k as a salary per month. Even at the time of joining they don't give me offer letter. Their is no certain rule and regulations regarding holiday and their are nothing in favour of employees. Complete waste of time.

Dislikes

Work culture, salary, employee programs, hr support, backend team support, so much favoritism and literally the area managers, zonals, regional heads, head office department and even national business manager is involved in partiality and promote people on the the basis of their personal opinion for tthe front end managers.. Long story short people on the front desk suffer in all aspects in the company.

Job security is pretty decent. Leave policy is good, although it depends on senior management whether you can avail those leaves or not.
