Also experts in great awareness in manpower handling while they were work , specialy in E.O. addition & IDDS exothermic batch process. Thus full credit to my managements & my hard work. There is superb training for freshers.

... do not value an inndividuals 'unique strengths, so majorly compress my talent. Do not happy about salary as per base of my experience & my working strength.

There's very good treatment for all. Good training, inough sallery, more to get learning as in production work-life is good. Excellent work environment innovation.

Work pressure is slightly high, payment is good enough but very alternative dates.

It's a team work in every department and negligible politics. They are ready to adopts latest technology. Good R & D so quality problem is negligible and high quality products gives global clients as well as domestic clients. I get to travel to Germany based for technical experience. My colleagues come from various cultural background. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

I have worked from 18 years so I have saw very up and down stages in this group. After a problems, we saw better solution mostly.
