Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Don't join this company. They r recruiting from MNC companies and spoiling their carrier. No job security. No facility and no safety. No canteen. Very less manpower. More work pressure. People r quitting job. If u r joining with in 4-5month mangement wil give termination. HR xavier will tel lies only. After joining he will not respond any thing. No canteen. So Gus don't join this company

Lake company is a fake company. It is very worst company in the world. There is no proper facilities in the company. So many manipulation is happening in the production facility. There is no job security for emplyees.There is NO life security inside the company. Very very very bad condition .
