There's nothing to like here. Such a waste of time, energy and calliber as there's no hierarchy followed in company. Your juniors will dominate you. Your boss will not be there only in the office the whole time. They hired me without remembering my qualification and no time or training was given to me regarding the work. Also I was harassed mentally here in every possible way. They even fooled me on the name of ROS which they give in year end and is variable but is added to the LPA as fixed, this confusing the joinee.

...tly 6 days a week. So much of work load id given. The third class work is given. There's no learnings, only pain & years here with peanuts as salary. Really this must not be your last of the last option.

...hrs goes Upto 12hrs Promises Saturday off, but regularity they make it working. No tea/coffee provided in factory Canteen food is too bad Delayed Salary (goes Upto 10th day) Unprofessional HR Benefits are very bad

The salary here is good. Few people are very down to earth, they help you whenever you need it.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Very less time for you to learn, workload is so much that you can't think anything at all. Overall not a good working environment.

Worst working culture and hirerkey. No work life balance even on holidays you have to work. Even on your personal leave you have to give justification for all the work. Worst line managers no support from team.

I like the discipline of the company. Everything is systematic I like this professional way.

Dislikes

The Incharge of trims store was useless. The company hired him without interview. And that's why I won't like this company for this mistake. The person who don't know about knowledge how can he grow the company. I recommend never join dbpur laguna at store work.
