The salary here is good. Few people are very down to earth, they help you whenever you need it.

There is no job security. Very less time for you to learn, workload is so much that you can't think anything at all. Overall not a good working environment.

Had to engage and coordination with people on shop floor. Was responsible for smooth flow of the product in the shop flow, following the systems in place. Workload too much as manpower shortage even at executive level.

There's nothing to like here. Such a waste of time, energy and calliber as there's no hierarchy followed in company. Your juniors will dominate you. Your boss will not be there only in the office the whole time. They hired me without remembering my qualification and no time or training was given to me regarding the work. Also I washarassed mentally here in every possible way. They even fooled me on the name of ROS which they give in year end and is variable but is added to the LPA as fixed, this confusing the joinee....Read More

Dislikes

There is strict work limit of entery before 10am and 9.5 hr shift after that. Horrible punch in punch out system. Also it's mostly 6 days a week. So much of work load id given. The third class work is given. There's no learnings, only pain & years here with peanuts as salary. Really this must not be your last of the last option.
