My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. There's nothing to like here. Such a waste of time, energy and calliber as there's no hierarchy followed in company. Your juniors will dominate you. Your boss will not be there only in the office the whole time. They hired me without remembering my qualification and no time or training was given to me regarding the work. Also I washarassed mentally here in every possible way. They even fooled me on the name of ROS which they give in year end and is variable but is added to the LPA as fixed, this confusing the joinee....Read More

Dislikes

There is strict work limit of entery before 10am and 9.5 hr shift after that. Horrible punch in punch out system. Also it's mostly 6 days a week. So much of work load id given. The third class work is given. There's no learnings, only pain & years here with peanuts as salary. Really this must not be your last of the last option.
