The team mates were just very lovely and magnificent, regarding training it is just Live books of patients with an extreme variety of cases with every complications almost and then their management. Work environment is a bit tense because of hectic emergency duties 24/7 with massive load of Gun shot wounds, Motor crashes accidents, stabs and lots of minor cases like appendectomies and laparotomies for acute abdomen. Simple amazing there is no work life balance and the reason is again very massive load of patients. Thank You Dr Irfan

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
