A great place to work and learn. Although, 95% of the employees at LWL are females, I haven't felt differentiated/overwhelmed or uncomfortable ever. All employees, irrespective of the Mumbai office or the Delhi office are respectful, fun to work with and supportive.

My collogues were helpful and supportive

Dislikes

The founder of the company displays unprofessional behavior and clear favoritism. While she may initially seem welcoming, any disagreement or constructive criticism is met with blame and unprofessional outbursts. I've seen her yelling and scolding employees in public and at networking events. Her unpredictable mood often leads to calls at any hour. Favoritism is especially evident in her hiring decisions, where friends and relatives are chosen, and their mistakes are overlooked. On the other hand, employees hired through job portals often face lot of difficulties and challenges. Overall, my experience with this company has been largely negative and toxic. I would recommend exploring other opportunities that better align with your career goals, as this organization may not be the best fit.

The Collaborative team, makes work super exciting. Planning impactful events with industry leaders and giving our members one one one access to the these inspirational women and men, knowing that our efforts are making a real difference to the community. What I value most is the opportunity to engage in cross-functional roles, which has helped me grown my own skillset and take on new challenges
