this company is like a super market. If you are getting more salary they will fire you. they want skill candidates but low wages. if you have 5 years experience you want to work for 15000/- If you are getting more salary the account team will fire you. I think this company M.D don't no about this. But strictly suggesting everyone never ever choose this company to work in your life.

Don’t expect things like full salary, promised compensation, perks, work life balance, HR policies, incentives, work related travel. They have nothing to offer.

Work culture is ok ,work life balance is good.

Dislikes

In this increment we have to tell to owners unnecessary salary deductions no policies whenever they want they deduct salary. This company management is managed by accounts department. So if you want to go you can learn many things. But don't expect salary hike. Account department is worst.

1. Company policies are not good 2. Salary hike is low 3. Management balancing is not good. 4. Rules and regulations are not followed and priority is given some people's only. 5. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. 6. Lot of politics and management issues.
