I have worked in labotek for 1 yr and if I talk about working there then most of the staff was good and great to work with that staff.

Dislikes

There is ni appreciation for your work they only talks rudely to you and the HR department is very worst they will never help you in any case and they can also fire you from the company any time without any prior intimation. You will only feels negative vibes there. There they will not give any kind of good increment etc. So my overall experience was very bad.

Labotek is one of the contractor firm & hire on the bases of fake words i.e. they are a small level PMC. New joiner/want to join, kindly go thru the AMBITIONBOX rating before joining Labotek. After the joining, they simple share the Letter Of Intent. Furthermore, after competition the project they pressurized the candidate for RESIGNINATION (Threaten Basis) & even don't share the experience letter. As well they don't have any joining/experience letters provision, not any Hr. policies. They also follow PROFESS ideology. Unemployed life is much better than the part of Labotek.
