Internal politics, No support from managers for WFH for associates having personal issues, Always bombarding associates for quality, Unnecessary mental stress, No transport facilities for associates staying beyond 25+ kms

Its just the company brand name which got us hold for so long.

Dislikes

Company culture is pathetic by breeding office politics, salary they pay is not upto the market standards, no promotion or hike is given for these many years. No standard process or leadership communication is clear or transparent.

...l learn how to design policy to cut cost in every aspect which is truly helpful. Decent salary paid for freshers. Annual perks also decent when compared to other CRO in market.

Dislikes

For those of you who are financially independent and would like to spend time doing job. I would recommend labcorp. People who wish to have a good career better keep yourself away from labcorp. Experience gained through working in CLS is of no use or fetch a job in other companies. No job promotion, No employee retention policies, No market adjust to inflation. Employees growth depends on people management skills only but not on the individual knowledge talent and hardwork.

With flexible timing for office makes it easier to maintain work life balance and great team always ends up with great results.

Dislikes

The compensation and benefits are not as much as it should be for an employee and that should be improved. Even though the company is growing, the individual employee doesn’t have enough visible growth. Sometimes I feel that the partiality is being done within the team to favour some and only those employees get the benefits.

...ve Management. Managers will find time to lend their ears in case you need help. Salary will be credited perfectly on the fixed date.

Dislikes

Doesn’t encourage Work from home much.
