If you are doing very decent job work There is no any mistake. But you are not showing interest in reporting on WhatsApp group or personal call or msg then you are not considered as good employee. Because management consider fews peoples reporting only but actually who works good and he is really need to appreciate for promotion and increment .they always skip from this list. So better way to consider who is actually work in plant directly contact with that person and take real report.
