I feel salary structure of my organization is lower compared to industry standard and 2nd is Appraisal and Promotion process, which is having some loopholes and needs further improvement to make it fairer and system bound.

...ic. Only boss's favourites gets highest rating on continuous basis year on year. The salary difference is very high between an outstanding & top performer. Also the travel & daily allowances are age old released 15 years back which is not revised since then and not as per current inflation index.
