Working culture, Work life balance, appraisals & benefit or salary are points are poor as compare to other Company and this is not good for long life work at here.

Likes

Ample of learning and training opportunities, leave policies are recently updated. Always focuses on Skill developments. you will get early responsibilities. Good support from seniors and management in project executions. sports and other activities are executed well. job security is High.

Dislikes

....no flexible timings. No official tea breaks. no hospitality to outside vendors. Salary compensation corresponding to other companies are still less. Postgraduates and higher studies didn't make any difference while hiring as well in promotions.

1) Need to restructure rules for promotion criteria and salary rise 2) Too much variation in salary of same cadre

Salary variation is high due to rating system HR activity is limited Total time spent is high by production teams
