Hardly anything one can describe as likeable.

Dislikes

Management is some sort of travel freak, always travelling and never available. They’ll withhold your F&F if you decide to leave. No EPF, no paid leaves, working Saturdays and an extremely toxic work environment. They do not have a HR, instead there's an AO who's a dud himself. You are better off unemployed rather than working with them. Your mental health will take a huge toll.

Very supportive mentors that are being played around by the management and their so called favourites.

Dislikes

The management doesn't have brains of its own. Would never recommend to join this place. Job security zero Benefits zero Paycut for every smallest of the things

Yes, if you are eager to learn then you can join here. Since, they have lot of applications to prosecute.

Have some management problems but which company doesn't. Right, so do your work go to your home.

Although, I am having no words to express myself that how L.S. Davar supports its employees and having said that, I can only say that the management of the company truly supports its employees and in my case, Mr. Sourabh Khimani, Director of the company supported me in every possible manner and he was like God to me who put his hand on my head and its gives immense security when you were told that company and its management is with you in official life and in your personal life as well.

Working at L S Davar & Co. was a good experience as it was legal work and had to work under an Attorney. This was also a contract job

Nothing I disliked in L S Davar as Boss and colleagues were very helpful too
