...rity i'm very much comfortable in our PT&D IC(L&T) compared with other company Benefits part good currently paying market level (P50) which may increase further and pay high monthly salary(Fixed Pay) instead of Variable Pay Career Growth and opportunities are plenty i can say 5 out 5 since day one I joined in L&T(PT&D IC) exploring many things and learned a lot and IS and Heads are given the opportunity to do research and learn and career growth is good

only one point it is there everywhere which is politics other than this nothing else

Freedom to take ownership for responsibility and self initiatives in getting the results delivered for the project and organization. Great Opportunities offered for Learning and Development Programmes for elevating personal growth as well as Organizational growth journey. New Ways and Means of execution at faster pace are always encouraged in Project Management which is shaping us to perform in a competitive market environment.

...o be more encouraging, communicative and future driven approach to larger crowd. Compensation and Benefit structure needs to be re-evaluated basis of the work load handled by the employee

The company encourages a sense of ownership and accountability in the individuals. Sense of team spirit always prevails in the team. High level of job security. Many programs are available for upskilling and training the performers.

Slow growth. Compared to industry parity, the compensation is below par. More initiatives to be designed to motivate and retain high pots.

Site PM not provide good rating, Even Employee work day and night, As per project management requirement. PM provide good rating and appreciation to this buttering employee only.

You will be totally cut off from your family & friends , Asking for a priviliege leave it needs begging to management, Bad working culture , There is entry time @8;30 in morning but no exit time , We need to work here for 12 hours Management expectations so higher Document policy is good but This Company needs to change its actual rulings Work Satisfaction part we didnt know ,
